Sometimes, the jump from script to screen can be a pretty complicated process. Bringing every concept, shot and detail to life while dealing with all the real-world limitations can be a daunting task.

For this campaign for Pound of Ground done in collaboration with S/B Strategic Marketing we needed to shoot car interiors in the dead of winter, visit multiple locations and reveal the product from inside a freezer. And do it all in 1 day.

To accomplish everything we turned to our collaborators at GHP Studio to make it all happen.

We used a combination of practical set-pieces and rear screen projection to shoot at multiple locations while never leaving the studio. Actors were able to comfortably sit in a vehicle inside the studio while we projected much warmer exteriors behind them.

Then, real sets were constructed to give us the remainder of our locations including a dining room and working kitchen. We cut a hole in the back of a freezer and added a bit of canned air to give us our awesome product reveal.

All in a day’s work.
